Smooth Mild Espresso Ice Cream
We felt the perfect strength for a coffee ice cream sat between a flat white and a latte. We squeeze and infuse roasted ground coffee beans before chilling the mix to achieve this flavour. We then add a hint of cacao powder to deepen the coffee taste further. This flavour goes perfectly in an affogato, with a double shot of espresso in a milkshake if you need to wake up fast, or as a delightful pairing with French Double-Fold Vanilla.
