Malted Milk Ice Cream with Homemade Caramel and Malted Milk Balls

Milkball was one of our monthly guest flavours that sold so well, with customers requesting it long after it had gone, that we decided to make it one of our core flavours. Some of you may recall being given malted milk as a child as a lovely way to wind down just before going to bed. It has a nostalgic taste and is very comforting. We make ours by infusing malt powder into our eggless white base and then fold through homemade caramel and smashed malted milk balls. Recommended when you need some cosy comfort food, or just a blast of nostalgia.
