Lemon Sorbet (VE) (GF)

Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice Sorbet with a Twist of Lime

This is one of our newer free-from flavours and came about because customers had been requesting it for years. They particularly love it after a big meal and want to end on something light and refreshing. We use freshly squeezed lemon juice and a twist of lime, and let the lemons do the talking. We add no colours to it, leaving it in its natural white state - because lemon skins may be yellow, but of course lemon juice isn’t!
