Mango Sorbet (VE/GF)

Refreshing Mango Sorbet with a Hint of Lime

Our children loved eating slices of mango more than any other fruit, so they petitioned to have this as a sorbet in our free-from section. We use almost 40% mango in every batch, which guarantees great flavour but also scoop-ability as it’s so fibrous. We squeeze a dash of lime into every batch to help intensify the flavour, which also helps to preserve the bright sunny yellow colour.
