Vanilla Ice Cream, Homemade Brownie-Cookies, Toffee Swirls

Customers had been asking for Cookies and Cream for quite a while, but we decided to introduce our own riff on this. Not content with normal cookies, we worked on recipes which were even more exciting and found brownie cookies (b-rookie!) that we liked in parts of America. We started trialling these, folding in brookies and toffee into our vanilla ice cream, and voila, Brookies and Cream was born. This was a monthly special, but as it constantly sold out in our stores we introduced it as a core flavour, and it is now consistently in our top three sellers. We were again delighted to win a Great Taste Award.
